Eli Aguilar

Eli Aguilar is a plastic arts graduate from the Centro de Arte Mexicano in Mexico City. Having been interested in the arts since they were very young, they have taken various courses in animation, tattooing, and history. They have directed courses in healing collage, art in grief, and drawing. Their preferred mediums are analog and digital collage, illustration, writing, and drawing. Using concepts that go from vintage illustration to horror stories,  they create environments and images that the viewer can not only understand, but empathize with. Their work often speaks of deep emotions, traumatic events, and the redefinition of pain.
